The heart of a Black man is more fragile than many people think it is.
Black men suffer from heartbreak just like everyone else.
They may suffer in silence more because of societal pressures to appear tough on the outside.
Yet, underneath that tough exterior is a heart that has been broken into a million pieces due
to toxic relationships, racism, work related stress, family issues, and unlived dreams.
It is a powerful experience to witness a Black man sharing his heart.
Black men need the healing power of safe spaces to be vulnerable and share their hearts
now more than ever. The Sid Center is helping to meet this need through the new
Healing The Hearts Of Black Men series. This special series will be focused on helping
Black men heal their hearts emotionally, spiritually and physically.
Join us on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at 6:00 pm EST for a special live Black Men Healing Podcast
to launch the Healing The Hearts Of Black Men series where Black men will be able to have a heart to heart discussion to share whatever is on their hearts.
The Sid Center will also start hosting in person gatherings for the Black Men Healing Circle
starting with our Black Men Healing Circle Spring Gathering on March 26, 2022 in Atlanta, GA.
Join us at our upcoming virtual and in person events exclusively for Black men
to witness and experience the power of Black Men Healing.
