that every adult does not have life all figured out.
Learning and growing is a lifetime process.
A major learning lesson is that success in life requires access.
Access to knowledge, resources, and the right people.
The theme of the 2024 Black Men Healing Brunch is Access To Success
because the goal is to ensure that every participant has the tools he needs to succeed in life.
The guest speaker for the event will be M-T Strickland.
M-T Strickland is an Electrical Engineer, and the CEO of Metric Mate;
a fitness company that utilizes a proprietary data analytics platform to improve lives.
He has also appeared on Shark Tank to represent his business.
He is also a husband and father, so he understands the delicate
balance of juggling multiple roles while striving for success.
He will share his tips for success, and the importance of access.
There will be Black men at the event who are hungry for access to the
right resources and people to help them improve their careers and financial situations.
There will also be Black boys at the event who are hungry for access
to Black men who are willing to help them succeed.
To show them their blueprint for success,
so they don’t have to grow up trying to figure it all out.
The Black Men Healing Brunch will also include a workshop
that will help Black men and boys create their own Access Pass To Success.
This will be a tool that will give them their own success blueprint.
One of the biggest hurdles in the Black community is building generational wealth.
This barrier can be lowered or removed for our youth when they graduate from
college without student loans with marketable careers. The youth at this event will
be given access to resources to help them accomplish this goal.
Every Black man and boy at the Black Men Healing Brunch may arrive hungry,
but they will leave full of hope and satisfied that they have access to the tools they need to succeed.
